Our support/updates plan is optional and includes the following:

• Priority phone support response. We return calls promptly!
• Priority email support response. Approximately 2 hour response.
• Live chat support using Google Talk when we are online.
• Other benefits as they are developed, such as access to user forums.

Please note that Support/Updates is ALWAYS optional, however if you opt-out of Support/Updates, you will be charged a pro-rata amount to bring you current when you do decide to purchase.
